Local agent useless, hometogo no help. We have just received a reply from hometogo asking for details of our booking even though they reviewed our complaint yesterday.

Gives out best deal if you’re flexible. My partner and I work full time minimum wage jobs so we didn’t think we’d be able to afford any vacation. This helped us save 37% for our vrbo rental and made it possible. Highly recommend

Feeling Confident Elaine came to visit me in my home, arriving promptly at 3pm. She was cheerful and smiling from beginning to end. She was definitely knowledgeable and treated my wounds painlessly. She was professional, competent and a treat to have in our home and bring medical treatment to our door .

Totally misleading pic/description Totally misleading in pictures and description. Booked (what was described) as a stunning lodge with hot tub. Turns out it was a basic lodge with no hot tub. “Technical issue”. No it wasn’t, it was just a misleading ploy to draw you in and get you to book. Despite being their fault and screenshots to back it up, they never honoured the lodge with hot tub. Terrible customer service
