Never Again I booked a room on Priceline for a weekend girls trip in New Braunfels, I booked a King Queen suite and called a verify my room 2 days before we traveled. Once I got there the hotel had already rented out our room to someone else and charged me for it, now I can not even get anyone on the phone to talk, I did place on Priceline Visa card and will be disputing the bill. Please do not fall there scams.

Priceline is a SCAM Priceline is a SCAM. They sold me auto-rental insurance on their website and when I arrived at the auto rental company, I was informed they don’t honor 3rd party insurance from priceline. I called priceline for a refund and was told the coverage was nonrefundable. If Priceline was a person, this would be considered obtaining money under false pretenses which is crime. Because they’re a corporation, it’s the cost of doing business. See the attached email i received. You’ve all been warned.

Non authorized booking I have been looking at a trip for a while and I looked at a price breaker deal clicked to check the price and went on to the next place. I got a email my booking was confirmed, I got a message from Priceline and from affirm congratulating me on my purchase. I looked at it instantly and see it was 2 rooms for 2 ppl at a place that I was not even sure about??? I instantly started talking to price line so they told me sorry for your luck but it’s non refundable!!! I replied I never authorized it nor did I book it. I have 8 people going on vacation I’d never book 2 and hope for the best. I have filed a report with the FTC and BBB as well as the Attorney general of CT. I never authorized them to do anything with my account.

Lime - amazing represenative Lime - the name of the representative that helped me with my fairly complex booking - 5 people for international travel. He took his time, over the course of 2-3 days, found the best pricing available, as well as made valuable recommendations. It was a lengthy process due to the complexity of what we were asking for, along with tickets being sold, etc. He took his time and was patient and courteous throughout entire process. I would recommend 100%. The level of service was amazing, I will be a repeat customer of his, without question.

I booked to stay at a hotel in Ludlow… I booked to stay at a hotel in Ludlow for a certain date, I even made sure the dates were correct but when I paid the dates were totally different. I tried to contact Priceline but the passed me on to Agoda. I've tried to contact Agoda but it seems that I cannot get to talk to a person, only to a robot. The robot told me to get in touch with the hotel, the hotel told me it doesn't have a record of my booking. I'm thoroughly fed up of being passed from pillar to post. It is 2 days since I booked and yet I've not been able to lodge my complaint. There is no customer service as such. I will avoid Priceline in the future.
