Excellent information and assistance We had a reasonable concept for our cruise. Our consultant, Ian Simmons, addressed all of our questions and provided insight that we had not considered. In a very short conversation, we were able to confirm our cruise. We are confident that our booking through Ian / CruiseCheap resulted in a much better value than what we were discussing with a different company.

Technical error resolved. While the error probably could have been avoided or resolved at the initial point of contact, mistakes happen and it is the resolution that matters. By the time the issue had made it to Toni Glerum in their customer commitment team it had become quite convoluted yet she showed integrity and interest, and remained factual and solution orientated. The issue has been resolved to my satisfaction and we are currently looking at booking another cruise and will use their services again. There is no live customer service they only tricks your deposit From the time I paid the deposit, I tried to call numerous times regarding how to pay the remaining balance, all calls failed, just like all emails, and all online requests were not answered. It's suspicious that a site that is constantly updated with the latest cruise information doesn't have any live customer service. I am extremely worried about the feasibility of my family's cruise vacation.
