GBAlexandra has been an absolute legend Alexandra has been an absolute legend! I put in an online enquiry late one night and then woke up in the morning to a great option at very reasonable price. I was hesitant at first so did more homework and saw some bad reviews for "I only fly first class". Quickly realised that they are a totally different business so proceeded with Alexandra and made the transfer. E-Tickets and access to the airline's website to manage our booking all now received and looking forward to our flight. Thanks Alexandra. Will certainly be using you again.

FRAlexandra came through once again Alexandra came through once again. We had to cancel a trip to Australia and Polynesia 2 years ago due. to Covid. We were unable to obtain refunds and were concerned that our time-limited credits would no longer be valid. We contacted Sol and Alexandra who were very responsive. Alexandra assured us that our credits were still valid and arranged a new trip for us to Australia at a very attractive price and in a very short time frame. She was always responsive, helpful and effective. Who could ask for more? We will continue to use Fly with Class and Alexandra for our frequent and future trips.

AUDon’t use this company Don’t use this company, they are fraud, we booked with them, they said the would honour our business class tickets A$13000, the now will not honour them. Zero stars. What great news,,,,,, but oh no,,,,, after 4 emails and a phone call, no reply, now they have said they will honour the fares we are now looking at legal options, they don’t reply to emails or phone calls, they are a fraudulent business,

GBNo one to assist from Fly with Class I was stuck in the covid cancellation loop and finally was able to travel. The original tickets to Europe with Fly with Class were $6,000. When I was ready to book after the covid restrictions were lifted, I called and called for 3 months. Finally, Leah booked me to Europe with a $3,000 additional fee. Then, the flights were a mess and there was NO ONE at Fly with Class to assist. Avoid this group; they are unrelieable and overpriced compared to other ticket brokers.

GBUnexpected outcome On accepting a booking from Perth to London, and whilst instantly filling out the booking form, the flight was "lost", presumably to another buyer. We then had to fly instead to Paris, and then make our own way to London. The flight was with Emirates, but obn attempting to claim FF points, were advised that we had bought a Qantas "redemption" ticket, for which there were no points available.
