UNACCEPTABLE BUSINESS PRACTICE Had a flight 2 tkts from Denver to Frankfurt issued Dec/2019 for $6,379 and due to covid trip canceled. Try to use the credit and were informed that they would not give me any credit since two years from issuance of the tkt had elapsed. It is not acceptable that no credit can be used when everyone knows that from 2019 until now most countries were limited to visit.

No class at all No class at all. I booked in 2019 return business class flights Brisbane to Paris. My agent was Kelly, very nice to deal with. When covid hit she said over 2 years in writing that they would honour the booking and rebook us on the same route and airline as soon as it was back up running. Kelly leaves I’m told to contact Sol no response to 7 phone calls and numerous emails. Don’t trust them.

Unexpected outcome On accepting a booking from Perth to London, and whilst instantly filling out the booking form, the flight was "lost", presumably to another buyer. We then had to fly instead to Paris, and then make our own way to London. The flight was with Emirates, but obn attempting to claim FF points, were advised that we had bought a Qantas "redemption" ticket, for which there were no points available.

Don’t use this company Don’t use this company, they are fraud, we booked with them, they said the would honour our business class tickets A$13000, the now will not honour them. Zero stars. What great news,,,,,, but oh no,,,,, after 4 emails and a phone call, no reply, now they have said they will honour the fares we are now looking at legal options, they don’t reply to emails or phone calls, they are a fraudulent business,

No one to assist from Fly with Class I was stuck in the covid cancellation loop and finally was able to travel. The original tickets to Europe with Fly with Class were $6,000. When I was ready to book after the covid restrictions were lifted, I called and called for 3 months. Finally, Leah booked me to Europe with a $3,000 additional fee. Then, the flights were a mess and there was NO ONE at Fly with Class to assist. Avoid this group; they are unrelieable and overpriced compared to other ticket brokers.
