AEHAPPYROOMS FOLLOW UP! At the end of June I made a reservation through Happyrooms,things went wrong,I was overcharged and I got mad.But the head of complaints team(I don't know if I'm allowed to write his name) replied very quickly.The only thing I had to do was to send them by email the receipt of our stay.After that they put the difference of the amount into our account.To be honest,I didn't expect that.Excellent feedback and problem solving mentality!Thanks!My next reservation will be definately through Happyrooms!

GBEfficient, Effective and a Must-Have Site for Frequent Travelers I travel often that I’m always on the lookout for sites and tools that make my life more efficient. I booked my room, showed up at the hotel and everything went beautifully. The hotel was actually much more fabulous than I ever imagined. Happyrooms.com has gone above and beyond my expectations and now I’ve saved it on my phone (and laptop) for my future travel needs.

GBIn my opinion Happyrooms.com must be a SCAM I made a reservation with Happyrooms.com a month ago. I paid in full and have requested an email confirmation several times to no avail. I got suspicious and called the Iberostar Hotel booking department in Miami. They said that they had record of a reservation in my name but it had cancelled. I do not have a reservation but Happyrooms has my money. They have been totally non responsive. Lesson learned. Always book directly with the hotel.

ILmade 6 reservations but hotel don't have any information!!! Update- in two days the reservation was confirmed and everything was ok but the best thing was the price - half the price in comparison with all the other websites! I made 6 reservations this week but didn't get any confirmation number and after talking to the hotel they said they don't work with the website!!! talked and emailed costumer service but they keep telling me to wait for them to work things out, only one problem I am supposed to be there next week and now I'm in a limbo while they already were quick to charge me.I can't understand this conduct wjat kind of costumer service is this????

GBGreat experience After reading all the negative reviews I felt compelled to write about my experience with Happy Rooms. I reserved a hotel in Orlando via Happy Rooms for 1/3 of the price you would normally expect to pay. I then read all the reviews and became completely paranoid. I had no need to feel worried because when I spoke to them they were completely professional, even when I suggested their site might be a scam !!!. Despite being re-assured by Happy Rooms, I was still concerned so I rang Orlando 3 times in the lead up to my holiday to check my reservation was still ok. I had no need to worry about my reservation and then kicked myself for all the anxiety reading these reviews had caused me. I feel huge sympathy for the people who have had a bad experience but Happy Rooms isn't a scam and I wouldn't hesitate to book with them again.
