made 6 reservations but hotel don't have any information!!! Update- in two days the reservation was confirmed and everything was ok but the best thing was the price - half the price in comparison with all the other websites! I made 6 reservations this week but didn't get any confirmation number and after talking to the hotel they said they don't work with the website!!! talked and emailed costumer service but they keep telling me to wait for them to work things out, only one problem I am supposed to be there next week and now I'm in a limbo while they already were quick to charge me.I can't understand this conduct wjat kind of costumer service is this????

fraud I booked a hostel on this web but I got email of other hostel reservation. Two hostel are different and in totally different nation!!! Customer service help me to solve this problem. I feel better but I believe this company should do something to improve website and have customer service to work quickly.

Horrible !!!!!! How is it possible that Full Moon design hostel booked me in 6 beds room but from your reservation it seems that should be STANDARD SINGLE ROOM. Its middle of the night and now i have to make extra payment for upcoming night! It's not fair and I am waiting for explanations from you and refund of extra payment!!!! In my opinion Happyrooms.com must be a SCAM I made a reservation with Happyrooms.com a month ago. I paid in full and have requested an email confirmation several times to no avail. I got suspicious and called the Iberostar Hotel booking department in Miami. They said that they had record of a reservation in my name but it had cancelled. I do not have a reservation but Happyrooms has my money. They have been totally non responsive. Lesson learned. Always book directly with the hotel.
