GBSCAMMERS SCAMMERS. I called Alaska Airlines to cancel my flight due to road closure. I waited on hold via their direct line and then when someone answered, Victor, he said he was an agent that handled cancellations for Alaska Airlines. They said I had to pay a fee for the cancellation and stole my money. Looks like based on other reviews, Alaska Airlines is vulnerable and has a snake scamming its loyal customers.

GBTerrible group Terrible group! I had a confirmed booking but wasn't on the Delta roster. Bansal "customer service" gave me three different stories, offered me other very expensive flight options, and hung up on me three different times before giving me the truth. I missed my friends wedding. They offered $75 off a future flight through them. Please don't let them ruin your plans.

ESBeware Similar to others, I have been scammed. This website is a completely fraudulent with persons acting as legitimate employees of an airline company. I am appalled and disgusted over this behavior of these individuals. “Oscar” pretended to be friendly and ended up getting my money. If you get a text or email, ignore it. Do not authorize anything through the information they sent you. If your card company sends you a fraud alert, please pay attention to it regardless of the amount. Although they will change, this was the contact info. I received. Phone: +1 (332) 600-1179, direct line: 18552092214. I am sure that this will keep happening but I do believe that I justice will one day come. Also make sure to report the site to google and the federal trade commission so that they can build a case against these people.

GBrecommended- they get things done We accidently used Bansal Travels (same as many other users have experienced, their phone number showed up top at the Google search when I searched for UA). We needed to reschedule a super expensive International flight next morning due to unexpected Covid situation, and Bansal helped us to resolve it at a reasonable fee when UA told us there was nothing they can do. We were very worried when seeing the reviews online but already paid at that time so only can hope for the best. It turns out working pretty well.

DEIt’s a pure garbage and scam When you search, the travel agency name comes up as “Qatar (or whatever) helpline number “ on google search. They take advantage of a stressful situation and make you believe you are speaking to the airline company, when you ask them if you are speaking to the airline company. They ask for your DOB and say it in a way that it’s only for confirmation (they don’t have this information). They charge you a lot for something that the actual airline do it free for you (for example if you can’t make it to the flight and you want to switch it to the next one). DO NOT FALL FOR IT!!!
