SCAMMERS SCAMMERS. I called Alaska Airlines to cancel my flight due to road closure. I waited on hold via their direct line and then when someone answered, Victor, he said he was an agent that handled cancellations for Alaska Airlines. They said I had to pay a fee for the cancellation and stole my money. Looks like based on other reviews, Alaska Airlines is vulnerable and has a snake scamming its loyal customers.

We needed to reschedule a super expensive International flight next morning due to unexpected Covid situation, and Bansal helped us to resolve it at a reasonable fee when UA told us there was nothing they can do. It’s a pure garbage and scam When you search, the travel agency name comes up as “Qatar (or whatever) helpline number “ on google search. They take advantage of a stressful situation and make you believe you are speaking to the airline company, when you ask them if you are speaking to the airline company. They ask for your DOB and say it in a way that it’s only for confirmation (they don’t have this information). They charge you a lot for something that the actual airline do it free for you (for example if you can’t make it to the flight and you want to switch it to the next one). DO NOT FALL FOR IT!!!
