Absolutely rubbish! Absolutely rubbish!! Booked a hotel in Paris a whole year ago for 2 adults and 2 teenaged boys and they think it’s appropriate to put two 6 foot tall lads in small double bed! No attempt to provide an alternative. Will NOT be using this brand ever again!!

Since the new management took over the… Since the new management took over the hotel is going down hill fast. 2 times they charged us extra for no reason and when we complaint about it to the customer service, they played down, but the fact it is illegal to charge my credit card without letting me know. You better find another hotel that cares about their customers. Be careful and verify your credit card.

Be Aware Smoking Fee Scam!!! Please people if you can, stay away from Best Western. Alot of smoking fee fraud happening and they will charge you for it days after you receive your final receipt. (With zero notification by them). You are forced to sign the smoking fee agreement otherwise you cannot stay there. I'm not a smoker nor do I smoke, and you get charged based on if the housekeeper or maid reports your room smelling like smoke which my room did not. Its hearsay with them and Best Western along with Best Western Corporate will NOT show you proof of their false accusations of a customer. BE AWARE please this place is a total SCAM. Best Western Ontario Airport CA.

I didn’t know that Best Western… I’ve stayed at multiple Best Western Hotels up and down the east coast and in Phoenix. I can say that their hotels have been a great value and pretty unique. I did not know that each hotel is independent and not owned by a huge corporation, but instead individual small businesses that join Best Western as members not franchises. I got to know a couple owners in my travels and they all work extremely hard to operate their businesses. I really appreciate giving back to the little guy especially when our economy is struggling.

A wonder four days at Best Western … We stayed for four days at Best Western Stephenville Inn located In Stephenville, TX. Everything was super clean and the beds were so comfortable! The staff was friendly and the breakfast was really good! Will definitely stay there again and highly recommend to anyone needing a room!
