GBLack Customer Service We went to Orlando. The accommodations were good. The courses were great, we loved them. If the review was based on just the accommodations and courses I would have given them 5 stars. Unfortunately, there is more to making sure a customer has a good experience them picking a place to stay and the courses. After we booked the trip and it was time to make the final payment, the web site was down and we had to call in our payments. Several of us did this multiple times and our cards were never charged. Follow up phone calls were not answered and not returned. We finally got the payments taken care of when they got the site back up. Once we got to the first course they asked for a voucher. We were never sent any vouchers. Both the course manager and we called and never got an answer or call back. In fact, we never got a call back all weekend. This happened at all four courses we played. Fortunately, the people at the courses let us play and said they would take care of it with Golf There. They also said they have problems with them all the time.

GBHousing less than expected Our salesperson definitely worked on our behalf; however, the accommodations at Regal Palms failed to meet our minimum requirements. Our group had eight men in it, and the house we stayed at only had seven beds, when it was sold to us having beds for eight. It took considerable effort on the part of our GolfThere salesperson to even get the resort to move a rollaway bed into our quarters. Golf was good. Three of the four courses we played were excellent. The fourth course, located at the Regal Palms resort, wasn't much of a track. Celebration was outstanding. Falcon's Fire and Eagle Creek were very nice.

CAFEELS like A SCAM We booked for a golf package to go to New Orleans for Oct 2018. This has been planned and booked since April 2018. Deposits have been paid since May 2018. However since then we have had nothing but a serious lack of customer service. Their website payment management has been down for upgrades since July 2018 rerouting customers to call in order to pay via phone to ensure our trip is in line with terms and conditions, full payment 40 days out, which we all did. However as of now with three weeks from flying out, none of our cards have been charged even though our group lead has called and emailed numorous times to confirm, our vouchers have not been received, this feels like a total scam. This service is ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED if you want COMPETENT SERVICE. Avoid like the plague.

GBno refunds we had a trip to Arizona planned for May 2020 and the USA was shutdown for the corona virus ( hotels,airlines and restaurants and golf courses for a while) and we had made our deposits some had paid in full over $1000 and we were told no refunds but our money would go towards a future trip as long as we took it within 12 months,we wanted our money back and we would pick when and where we wanted to go.
