GBI requested a golf trip for 16 golfers … I requested a golf trip for 16 golfers in Tucson AZ. GOLF THERE said they would give me an itinerary if I paid $100. After multiple emails that went unanswered. I asked for a refund 6 months before our trip, which they advertise if not satisfied with there service. GOLF THERE said they would keep my $100 and they have my credit card on file. They were going to charge for unused tee times, I called the golf courses and they had no tee times scheduled.GOLF THERE said they would charge for unused hotel rooms. I called the hotel there were no reservations for our group. DO NT USE GOLF THERE!!! You can do the same trip on your own for half their price..

GBArizona The price was significantly more than expected, the hotel facilities were average, at best, and one of the courses was in very poor shape and almost unplayable.

GBKiawah Island Golf Vacation My "salesperson" failed to provide the amenities agreed to. - Supposed to have ocean front rooms, couldn't even see the ocean from where we were - Supposed to have two rooms close to each other, originally the rooms were really far from each other, had to work with the management to get closer rooms - Became aware that my amenities could have been much better had I went direct - I was perfectly clear on my requirements with the salesperson and went over them several times even letting him know I was not concerned as much with price as I was comfort

CAFEELS like A SCAM We booked for a golf package to go to New Orleans for Oct 2018. This has been planned and booked since April 2018. Deposits have been paid since May 2018. However since then we have had nothing but a serious lack of customer service. Their website payment management has been down for upgrades since July 2018 rerouting customers to call in order to pay via phone to ensure our trip is in line with terms and conditions, full payment 40 days out, which we all did. However as of now with three weeks from flying out, none of our cards have been charged even though our group lead has called and emailed numorous times to confirm, our vouchers have not been received, this feels like a total scam. This service is ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED if you want COMPETENT SERVICE. Avoid like the plague.

GBOrlando Golf Get Away GolfThere did a good job - Disney let us down. We played the Palms and Magnolia courses at Disney and they were in horrific condition. I should have known from the start when I found no TP in the men's room before teeing off that it was not going to be a good day. Orange County National and Champions Gate were beautiful courses. Wish we would have played there all 4 days. Eagle Creek out near the airport was worse than Disney. We were surprised there weren't cattle grazing on the fairways.
