Kiawah Island Golf Vacation My "salesperson" failed to provide the amenities agreed to. - Supposed to have ocean front rooms, couldn't even see the ocean from where we were - Supposed to have two rooms close to each other, originally the rooms were really far from each other, had to work with the management to get closer rooms - Became aware that my amenities could have been much better had I went direct - I was perfectly clear on my requirements with the salesperson and went over them several times even letting him know I was not concerned as much with price as I was comfort

I experienced several issues. I had difficulty reaching my salesperson. I had to send a copy of the confirmation for one in my party to prove payment. Upon check in at hotel, the hotel was not even aware of GolfThere and experienced problems with them charging me for incorrect amount of nights, when all were prepaid. I made contact with the hotel property and worked out issues on my own.

attention to detail could have been better We arrived on Sunday and the office was closed. We had not been warned of the closing time. Only cleaning staff was present and we had to call a phone number (on the door) to get a combination to the lock box. The house was new to the inventory and some damage was present. The courses were at least twenty minutes away depending ontrafic and time of day.

I requested a golf trip for 16 golfers … I requested a golf trip for 16 golfers in Tucson AZ. GOLF THERE said they would give me an itinerary if I paid $100. After multiple emails that went unanswered. I asked for a refund 6 months before our trip, which they advertise if not satisfied with there service. GOLF THERE said they would keep my $100 and they have my credit card on file. They were going to charge for unused tee times, I called the golf courses and they had no tee times scheduled.GOLF THERE said they would charge for unused hotel rooms. I called the hotel there were no reservations for our group. DO NT USE GOLF THERE!!! You can do the same trip on your own for half their price..

poor communications poor reponse to e-mails and phone calls failure to check to see if rooms for golfers as requested i ran the outing and was put in a small bedroom as part of larger room after much complaing they put us in hotel type room while the other golfers suite like rooms with kitchen and living room. took forever and after many calls to get the difference in the room rate from golf there, that is why i cut ties with them tony lange
