Stumbled onto Ammerican Consumer Credit and they changed our lives. They had us provide the info and they ran with it. We are now 100% removed from our legally binding contract. They are the best. GBBad company, Bad attorney...Do NOT hire them! They have been rated an "F" company with the Better Business Bureau, I have had to report the attorney to the Florida Bar Association. Stay away, do not use them, they did not deliver what they promised! Have refused to refund money!

GBResidence owner/Timeshare Thank you for sending me the template letter to fill out, send, and cancel our Hyatt Residence ownership before the 6 day deadline was up. Our membership was cancelled and our down payment has now been refunded. I would especially like to thank Madelin Allred for assisting us through this ordeal. GBHow do we join a class action lawsuit… How do we join a class action lawsuit against them? I have attempted several ways to communicate with no results. No phones, no emails, certified letters. I can't believe I was taken advantage of (as hundreds of others). We must fight back and at least get a refund. The people who work for them must not have a heart or care about human beings. HELP!! Please help!

GBThis place is a scam This place is a scam. Don't waste your money. My wife and I paid them to rid our credit report of a predatory lending scam, and they have done NOTHING in two years! No resolution, no credit protection, nothing!!!!! When you try to call for updates they tell you it's a waiting game, these things take time. Our written guarantee from them states they will provide services to protect your credit report. Note didn't do that for 24+ months either. Read the fine print. They will scam you out of your money just like the TimeShare business!!!!!
