I just got more maintenance fee bills… I just got more maintenance fee bills from the time share people. I called aconsumercredit and all the numbers are disconnected. I know realize the $2000.00 i spent has been stolen from me. Why are we not all getting together to file a law suit againt them?

I was strung along for a year before I… I was strung along for a year before I received e-mail referring me to send all materials to a bankruptcy e-mail address. They did absolutely nothing but take my money. All the money back guarantee documents they sent isn't worth a DAMN!

I have searched for a Class Action Lawsuit against the company and against Michael Saracco, and cannot find anything. Residence owner/Timeshare Thank you for sending me the template letter to fill out, send, and cancel our Hyatt Residence ownership before the 6 day deadline was up. Our membership was cancelled and our down payment has now been refunded. I would especially like to thank Madelin Allred for assisting us through this ordeal. Changed our lives We got caught up in the Timeshare circle. Told several different stories and none were the same. They were very manipulative. Stumbled onto Ammerican Consumer Credit and they changed our lives. They had us provide the info and they ran with it. We are now 100% removed from our legally binding contract. They are the best. Attorney Soccorro and all the folks involved went about and beyond the call of duty. Bless you.
