GBBad company, Bad attorney...Do NOT hire them! They have been rated an "F" company with the Better Business Bureau, I have had to report the attorney to the Florida Bar Association. Stay away, do not use them, they did not deliver what they promised! Have refused to refund money!

GBThey don't hold up their money back guarantee... They don't hold up their money back guarantee. First, they make you wait 11 months before you can ask for a refund and then ignore every attempt you make to contact them. I contacted them several times just for an update on my account and never got a response back. I ended up having to deal with my timeshare company myself. What was the point of spending $2500 to them? My advice: RIDE IT OUT. You're gonna take a hit to your credit anyways, ride it out, eventually the timeshare company will come to you with an offer to buy you out so they can sucker someone else. But, there's a reason this company has over 300 complaints with the Better Business Bureau, so don't waste your money.

GBI too was scammed by these vermin I too was scammed by these vermin. Public records show Michael Saracco (attorney in Cocoa Beach, Fl) as principal attorney for this still active company. I suggest everyone contact Fl state attorneys office and file online complaint. I am also reviewing him on every site possible for the lowlife he is. You can also call Florida State Bar and file complaint. I intend to cause him as much trouble as he has caused me!

GBI am a recent client for American … I am a recent client for American Consumer Credit LLC, and they were wonderful! They made the process easy and took care of my timeshare issue right away. If ever i or any of my family come to another (God forbid) related scam situation, I'll be definitely referring to ACC! Thanks again!

GBAconsumercredit LLC is a scam Aconsumercredit LLC is a scam. A year and half ago I paid them big bucks and signed lots of legal documents for them to get me out of a time share. They said these things take time and to send them any correspondence received from Time Share. This is I did. No matter what I said in the letter it was always the same form letter stating we are reviewing your file, thanks for the submission. Same in January, same in August. Meanwhile Diamond Resorts reports that my ownership has never been closed. They have never heard of AConsumercredit, and i had to pay a hefty maintenance fee. Now one can transition out of timeshare with Diamonds resort - i think.
