Aconsumercredit LLC is a scam Aconsumercredit LLC is a scam. A year and half ago I paid them big bucks and signed lots of legal documents for them to get me out of a time share. They said these things take time and to send them any correspondence received from Time Share. This is I did. No matter what I said in the letter it was always the same form letter stating we are reviewing your file, thanks for the submission. Same in January, same in August. Meanwhile Diamond Resorts reports that my ownership has never been closed. They have never heard of AConsumercredit, and i had to pay a hefty maintenance fee. Now one can transition out of timeshare with Diamonds resort - i think.

Whom was a representative for my Westgate canceling and his office said he no longer work with Aconsumercredit LLC. Awful ripoff Awful ripoff. Signed up with them in August of 2017 hoping for a resolution to the timeshare I was in. One year passed with them slowly decreasing their communication, then all of the sudden they were bankrupt. Now I've defaulted on payments for 20 months and no idea how to get out of this situation. So much for "money back guarantee".

I just got more maintenance fee bills… I just got more maintenance fee bills from the time share people. I called aconsumercredit and all the numbers are disconnected. I know realize the $2000.00 i spent has been stolen from me. Why are we not all getting together to file a law suit againt them?

I am a recent client for American … I am a recent client for American Consumer Credit LLC, and they were wonderful! They made the process easy and took care of my timeshare issue right away. If ever i or any of my family come to another (God forbid) related scam situation, I'll be definitely referring to ACC! Thanks again!
