GBRadisson Agra (India) Wow. What an amazing experience. The staff is so well trained, I will definitely be staying at The Radisson Agra again.

GBDouble charged for restaurant visit We stayed with Radisson Red in London, Heathrow on the evening of 10th March, the whole experience was less than our expectations are for the Radisson brand. Focussing just on the restaurant, many of the dishes were not available to order and we were not told of this when seated and it was only when we placed our orders that we were informed that the particular offering was not available. When we left the restaurant we asked for the meal to be charged to our room and also showed the person our Radisson membership discount code. We then left to go to our room, after around 30 minutes when we were trying to relax a member of the Radisson restaurant team came to our door to take payment, and would not leave without payment. Once we paid, we then realised we had been overcharged. We went downstairs, and they apologised and said a mistake had been made and provided us with a voided receipt and charged us the correct amount. We were informed the transaction would be cancelled and refunded. After a week, no refund has been received , so we contacted radisson again and was assured that the refund would be with us. We are now over two weeks on, and still no refund. This is not the way I would have expected to have been treated by such a company, and I WILL NOT be using them in future.

GBRadisson Rewards is a joke. Radisson Rewards is a joke. They took 129000 reward points out of my VIP account for a reservation l was trying to modify/correct & won't return them. You can't even contact Radisdon Rewards Customer Service. If you do actually get to speak to a person in reservations it's just a continuous irritating loop of utter crap. Nobody listens and or they just talk over you. Radisson Rewards is a time waster that just makes you angry. Utter rubbish. Customer Service is zero.

BRWrong room I arrived at the hotel on 9th January, at 20h30. I had stayed at the hotel previously during the same week for two days, and my reaervation was for a party of three adults sharing a room with two king beds, with a view. On my arrival on 9th January, I was surprised to see that the room we would be staying only had one king bed. An extra bed had been placed, but it was only big enough for a child. After approximately two hours, after having complained fiercely ( the receptionist lied saying there were no rooms available to place us) we finally setteledn in in two separate rooms- my suggestion to minimize the problem, actually. The rooms had no view, although that was requested in the reservation previously made. I am deeply disappointed with the hotel and demand compensation for the inconvenience. I look forward to hearing from you, Regards, Mabel Castro.

GBradissonhotels.com is a terrible website radisson hotels is a terrible website. Difficult to navigate and does not offer all available brands when selecting dates for a location. Not a user-friendly website. I am a Radisson Rewards member but find the website that is too cluttered and limited hotel selection. Small feint fonts are difficult to read. When searching for a hotel near Florida, U.S., it returns 5 hotels situated 3,500 miles away. I am sure there are Radisson Group hotels in Florida, U.S.
