They quoted less than 3k less than other services ,After confirmation of their quotation, Their way of packing is worst n packing workers were asking money separately for safe delivery n their coffee. They asked extra money for shifting things from cargo deliver address to home . No response for call and delivered with damage

GBUtter rubbish I was sent a present for my birthday and only found out so because of the sender getting worried. Surprise ruined. Turns out Citylink supposedly attempted delivery twice (online tracking said so) but I never received any notice in the letter box. Impossible to reach anyone by the phone to organise a new delivery so had to go to Beckton to collect the parcel. They clearly didn't bother to deliver in the first place. Would not recommend to anyone and will be wary of companies using this delivery company in the future.

GBawful Tracking website does not work, I enter my consignment number and it tell me that there are more than one with this number (?!? Unique IDs anyone !?!) and requests that I also enter my postcode; same result after that! I'll call them then .... one number no longer in use, another advertised, call that only to get "we are currently experiencing telephony problems.... " and they hang up! Argggggggggghh! :( I'll go there I say - their "our location" links on their website doesn't work either! Had all sorts of hassle with them before. Do NOTuse this useless company. I'm going to pledge Amazon to please please please never use them again.

GBcouldn't care less They were supposed to be collecting some packages to return to a furniture company. Before the company could arrange a delivery day with me, they turned up and shoved a card through the door! This had NO information filled in at all, not even consignment number. Then spent 20 mins on the phone to someone who sounded about 15 who hadn't a clue what I was talking about. Eventually said I had to contact the furniture company to rearrange. .Aaaargh! I did get a consignment no though so hubby put it all in the car and drove down to citylink near his work and dropped it off...job done!! Glad I wasn't paying for the privilege. What a shambles. The depot staff were very helpful it has to be said...pity about the rest.
