GBNot only are their hotels quite dismal, the staff is rude Not only are their hotels quite dismal, but the people who are employed by them are just downright nasty. I have stayed at this particular hotel several times since it is near a relative's home. I was asked to leave feedback and when I gave my honest opinion, I was told it wasn't up to their standards! Lol, well neither are their hotels. Be discerning folks and choose another brand. There are many hotels out there who will be glad to accommodate you, and TREAT you with RESPECT. I will pay more in the future to get respectful treatment.

GBThe reviews cannot be real The reviews cannot be real. I have been a member of Choice Hotels many years. Please make sure the rating is 4 stars or close as possible or the hotels at least in the DMV area will not be nice. I even found several needles in the bathroom in Baltimore. In staying at the Quality Inn 801E Parham. Booked two nights but was scared to stay 2nd. Saw glass in the parking lot in a.m. that looked like someones car window was broken. If you are looking for a decent room in this chain you probally need to pay very close to $200 a nite no matter what the reviews say. Leave yourself time to switch rooms, location etc. I have been disappointed many times, and more lately. I used to think it was just the Econolodges. Affordable should not be scary.

GBSleep Inn & Suites near Westchase/West Houston I stayed at a Sleep Inn & Suites near Westchase. For the price, it was fantastic. I noticed the booth couches in the lobby were worn, so at first I was concerned that things would be run down, but those seats were the last of the issues. The room was nice, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was appropriate for the price as well, and I was delighted by the Texas-shaped waffle maker.

TRThis company gave me false informations… This company gave me false informations , held crucial information from me, tried to charge me hidden fees when the representative didn't inform me. They try to get you to stay at a time share after booking and that was such a disaster for us, the whole experience for finding a hotel to stay at and then they wanted to charge a fee of ocer 200$ American dollars. I WOULD AVOID THEM AT ALL COST! Even their own reps say they are a scam after speaking to a receptionist at one of the hotels I stayed at. I wanted a recording of my conversations one manager said he will send it to my emaik and than when i called back to see why i havent recieved them anotber one stated they don't give out recordings.

GBDeceptive advertisements I have been a customer for many years but never applied for their Choice Privileges Master Card (Wells Fargo). There was a advertisement incentive to apply for the card to get $100 back while I was doing the current reservation. That did not happen. I finally got the email confirmation 3 days later after I called them. The card would not arrive via mail before my weekend stay so I won't get credit for the stay because I won't have the CC to use it during check in. The suggested advertisement seemed to make you think you was going to get the $100 credit on the current reservation you are making. I reserved the room with another CC and called them to try to get the CC information so I can use it when I check in but they couldn't provide that on the phone call.
