GBmessed up the whole day! After hopping off the bus to visit Lincoln Square we tried to hop on again at the same bus station, but that did not work: Several buses from the same line passed us without stopping, several had no capacity to get on. A large crowd of people wanting to hop on, had had shaped at the bus station and begann to become frustrated with the situation. It took us several hours to get on a bus but we had to sit downstairs inside of the bus, in the heat, with no view of the city at all. We were told we could move upstairs as soon others would leave but that did not happen, so we went around central park, through Harlem without actually getting a view. Also the staff was rude. It messed up the whole day, I had spent a lot of money on those tickets and my sisters had come a long way to spend a weekend in New York. Obviously NYsightseeing is selling too many bus tickets for too few buses in order to accommodate all costumers appropriately. I would not recommend it. For $168 we could have taken a lot of cabs!

GBPoor Transport Organisation-Buyer Beware!!! We booked onto the Super Saver Ticket to Woodbury on Monday (14th August) which had set departure times of 9am and returning at 4:45pm. We arrived well before 9am and waited in line for the bus. However we were advised that the first bus was full and the second bus would be arriving in 30 mins which means a departure of 9:30am. Firstly I want to note that we had to wait in line for 30 mins and the company representative at the bus stand was rude and did not provide any clarification/confirmation when asked whether the 30 min delay could be made up at the end? He didnt even care nor made any effort to clarify this with anyone in the company and basically left us waiting on the footpath and never returned.I would expect more professionalism from a company like this. Secondly if the company knew that many people booked in at this time, why wasnt a second bus already arranged in advance to ensure a timely departure for all? Overall I was not happy with the experience and would not be recommending this to anyone. Preference would be 0 stars!

GBAlways a great re-orientation opportunity What a great opportunity to revisit some old destinations and new. Comfortable upper deck, great live commentaries. Not enough time to view all in 48 hours, but still a great trip. Book 'on line' with vouchers being redeemed at the Port Authority or directly from Sales team at all stops.

LVLost money. Lost $177. When vouchers were activated, all three tickets turned out to be invalid. Tried to call the office, got no call. Wrote on the web chat, no response. Money was not returned.

ITRipped Off!! We were sold the wrong ticket in New York for the 911 museum. When we got to the museum we were told the ticket was valid there, only for the memorial. We had to pay another $50 to get in. When we went to the City Sight Seeing office to get our money back and we were told it wasn't their fault because it was a street vendor that sold us the City Sight Seeing Ticket. We were Told to write up a complaint and we would be contacted within a week. After a week we didn't hear back so I emailed. Still no response over 3 weeks later
