GBNot great customer service. I wanted to stay a few extra nights in Dubrovnik after my cruise and asked Jauntee to suggest some hotels. All of their suggestions were very expensive. When I asked about more modest hotels I was told to just do it myself. Not great customer service.

GBThe staff were very eager to help us… The staff were very eager to help us book a cruise - however we were interested in other excursions that might be available for our family while we were staying at a villa in Istria. Two separate agents assured us they could help with this and would get back to us - neither of them every did.

HRJAUNTEE TRAVEL DID NOT PAY FOR THE TOURS THAT WERE ORGANISED We are small travel agency from Split, Croatia, for private walking tours. This season Jauntee travel organised a several walking tours and day trips with us, and paid the first receipts. But, the payment for the last receipt was not completed although the tours took place. They haven't respond to any of our mails and still we haven't received respond and the payment for the last receipt was not completed. So far, we have had partnership with quite a few foreign agencies and we have never experienced this! We will take the legal steps in order to receive the payment.
