Not great customer service. I wanted to stay a few extra nights in Dubrovnik after my cruise and asked Jauntee to suggest some hotels. All of their suggestions were very expensive. When I asked about more modest hotels I was told to just do it myself. Not great customer service.

Currency As a reputable travel company dealing with International customers, would it be possible on your webpage and in all correspondence with International customers to make it visually obvious all costs are in $US. Even though this detail is covered in your terms and conditions it can easily be overlooked.

A wonderful trip to Croatia I knew nothing about this agency, but trusted them to arrange a trip for 22 family members to see where their great grandparents grew up in Croatia--(one near Split and one near Dubrovnik) The guide was excellent and all of the local guides also. I arranged for added days in Italy for some of the family, and they were very pleased with all of the accommodations and guides. Some of us went on to Prague and Berlin and everything went as planned. It so happens that I was just copying my photo album of the 2010 trip for a niece this week, so the trip is fresh in my mind. (I could not get the right photo posted.)

Tour guides were professional Tour guides were professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. Our tour exceeded our expectations on all levels. Wish we could go again !
