BE AWARE BE AWARE, Jauntee’s company policy is to retain 100% of the money paid to them by a client (traveler) for the purpose of booking a tour with a travel provider, if the client cancels the trip even though the money paid to Jauntee by the client was never sent by Jauntee to the travel provider (cruise/tour line operator). I my case, they are refusing to return $5,405.00 which I paid to them for the purpose to booking a Croatia Small Ship Cruise. After 2 cancellations by cruise operators because of Covid, my fiancée and I choose a Croatia Small Ship Cruise suggested by Jauntee and operated by Katarina Line. A month prior to our scheduled departure on 9/14/2022, my fiancée had surgery and she was found to have ovarian cancer, stage 3. I cancelled our trip. Even though Jauntee had not sent any of my money to Katarina Line to pay for our trip, they (Jauntee) would not refund my money. Jauntee’s refusal to return my $5,405.00 is not consistent with travel industry policies and is clearly immoral.

JAUNTEE TRAVEL DID NOT PAY FOR THE TOURS THAT WERE ORGANISED We are small travel agency from Split, Croatia, for private walking tours. This season Jauntee travel organised a several walking tours and day trips with us, and paid the first receipts. But, the payment for the last receipt was not completed although the tours took place. They haven't respond to any of our mails and still we haven't received respond and the payment for the last receipt was not completed. So far, we have had partnership with quite a few foreign agencies and we have never experienced this! We will take the legal steps in order to receive the payment.

Only Excellent Experiences with Jauntee We have had 2 great experiences with Jauntee now and will definitely use them again in the future. In 2013, we used them for a week long vacation throughout Croatia. They were so willing to help us figure out where we wanted to go and had great suggestions. We had such a great experience, we reached out again and had them plan a larger multi family vacation throughout Germany. Even though they specialize in Croatian vacations, they did an amazing job coordinating everything for our Germany trip as well.

Jauntee broken promises, fraud Jauntee travel kept making excuses and asked us to postpone our travel plans. I was unhappy with their lack of response to phone calls and multiple emails so when they offered to cancel and provide us with a 100% refund, I accepted. Unfortunately they have not given us. My credit card company is not agreeing with my dispute of not receiving services so I am out of luck. So sorry that this company scammed so many of us. Should be a way to receive restitution.
