GBOnly Excellent Experiences with Jauntee We have had 2 great experiences with Jauntee now and will definitely use them again in the future. In 2013, we used them for a week long vacation throughout Croatia. They were so willing to help us figure out where we wanted to go and had great suggestions. We had such a great experience, we reached out again and had them plan a larger multi family vacation throughout Germany. Even though they specialize in Croatian vacations, they did an amazing job coordinating everything for our Germany trip as well.

AUBe very careful! My initial Australian travel company cancelled their Croatia -Slovenia tour so after reviewing the options I opted for a Jauntee Travel tour in May 2020. Covid intervened and we were not permitted to leave Australia at that time. Following opening up of the borders my local travel agent in July 2022 rebooked the trip for June 2023. We paid A$13,000 for this trip and all attempts by us, our travel agent, BBB to communicate with Jauntee have been unsuccessful. Their website is down, and they have changed address in La Jolla. A very disappointing experience with an American company!

GBTour Contract Not Honored We booked and pre-paid a $12,590 Jauntee tour immediately pre-Coved, in Feb., 2020 - the tour to take place in Sept., 2020. Of course the tour was cancelled. Jauntee generously agreed to allow no-penalty re-bookings through 2022. We were planning to re-book, but when the Delta variant shut down travel again in Sept. 2021, we decided to cancel and travel domestically instead. We requested a refund and expected to pay the $300 p.p. cancellation fee in the booking agreement. To our surprise, Jauntee refused any refund and said we now owned a non-refundable "Credit Note" - although we never agreed to that conversion of our purchase. We are filing official complaints in order to recover monies paid, but Jauntee has gone "radio silent." We HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU NOT BOOK WITH JAUNTEE, as it appears they do not honor their written financial commitments.
