When I tried to cancel my ticket I realized it was an invoice but no legitimate booking number. 1. I never received my e-ticket --they suggested it was in my junk/scam email. 2. I bought the refundable booking insurance and when I tried to cancel my ticket without explaination they said it was non-refundable. 3. Tried calling 3 times, and when I get an agent the line drops 4. Sent numerous emails to customer service and received one line, unhelpful responses. Had booked a flight with this site and night before they cancelled the flight saying was not availible. Contacted us and then stated prices went up and wanted 50% more to rebook the same flight. Very deceitful and puts you in a crisis situation. When asked for money refunded, they state it will take 8-12 weeks. Reported to credit card provider, investigation is now underway. It something like this happens to you, do the same, only way stop these crooks is in the pocketbook.
