the receptionist named ANNA she talked… the receptionist named ANNA she talked with us and just talked sweet and made us to believe in her talk but she didn't made any arrangements for the flight bookings. next day we have to fly and book in an emergency which cost us lot and we ask other guy to cancel but no confirmation no cancelling.this is not good business so please be sensitive towards the job and help the customers.and do not post the charge unnecesarily. thanks.

No clear disclaimer on refundable… No clear disclaimer on refundable ticket...only FREE cancellation...tried to cancel a flight booked 5 months in future...no dice. Was trying to book on Cape Air but this sight bought their way into pop up under cape air ticket search and I booked before realizing it was not a cape air fight...actually Hahn Airlines - who the hell are they??? Clearly international support team.... that was uncooperative, unintelligible and rude. AVOID THIS SIGHT - RIP OFF

Fraudulent company who scam you and take money I booked ticket and they never issued one so I canceled and was told refund will be issued in 30 working days and now it's been 3 months. Agents hang up on you when they see why you are calling No one responds to email They are purposely doing this and cheating people by taking their money Their feedback email and customer service emails are a joke. No one care about customer or their money Superior never pick up call when escalated. Agents arranged call back but supervisor never called me. They take money and do not issue ticket so they choose to ignore you completely after getting money from us. They ignore your calls and emails

Still No full refund for hurricane cancelled flight My round trip flight from Florida was canceled due to hurricane Ian and I was sent an email stating I would receive a full refund and that it could take up to one or two billing cycles to show on the credit card. It’s been two billing cycles and still no full refund has been received. I have emailed and phoned several times but still no refund.

SCAM SCAM SCAM with third party… SCAM SCAM SCAM with third party “NewTravelTrip” .. I bought my ticket on MyFlightSearch but my confirmation email came from NewTravelTrip .. it charged my bank account under "Delta Airlines" so I thought it was legit, until I never got my e-ticket they promised. I tried emailing them and kept getting a return email saying "address not found", I tried calling and they kept hanging up! Just beware when you put in your account information where your money is really going!!
