Was trying to book on Cape Air but this sight bought their way into pop up under cape air ticket search and I booked before realizing it was not a cape air fight...actually Hahn Airlines - who the hell are they??? Clearly international support team.... that was uncooperative, unintelligible and rude. AVOID THIS SIGHT - RIP OFF

Fraudulent company who scam you and take money I booked ticket and they never issued one so I canceled and was told refund will be issued in 30 working days and now it's been 3 months. Agents hang up on you when they see why you are calling No one responds to email They are purposely doing this and cheating people by taking their money Their feedback email and customer service emails are a joke. No one care about customer or their money Superior never pick up call when escalated. Agents arranged call back but supervisor never called me. They take money and do not issue ticket so they choose to ignore you completely after getting money from us. They ignore your calls and emails

Thief and scammers Thief and scammers, Let me tell you the reality of xcelserv, never salaries on time, you will get paid once in 2-3 of months. They are deducting PFs and tax but not submitting. A so called Electrician has more power than CIO, CTO, PM, AM & VPs. Scamming and doing fraunds with customers. Blocked the reviews on google for all regions. These reviews on Trust Pilot must be Autobots because this company is receiving TONS OF COMPLAINTS to BBB about fraudulent charges all with almost identical stories. You book, they confirm, they cancel, they still charge your credit card, they promise they'll refund you, months later of followup and still no refund on erroneous charge even after they admit fault. 7 months and lots of promises and followup calls and NO REFUND. DON'T BELIEVE THESE REVIEWS!!!! READ ALL THE 1 STAR RATINGS AND YOU'LL SEE THE PATTERN. MOST 5 STARS HAVE ONE REVIEW ONLY OF THIS COMPANY AND DOZENS ARE BEING PRODUCED PER DAY.
