CAI had most disappointing experience… I had most disappointing experience with myflightsearch.com. It is a scam. When I tried to cancel my ticket I realized it was an invoice but no legitimate booking number. 1. I never received my e-ticket --they suggested it was in my junk/scam email. 2. I bought the refundable booking insurance and when I tried to cancel my ticket without explaination they said it was non-refundable. 3. Tried calling 3 times, and when I get an agent the line drops 4. Sent numerous emails to customer service and received one line, unhelpful responses. GBCancel booking and told say refund but never happen Cancel my booking and told us to full refund within 10 business day many times but I have never received. Very bad customer service. Some calls are immediately hang up when asked refund status. Sometime promised to get another 10 business day but still not got it. It takes over 3 years and not refund to me.

GBNo clear disclaimer on refundable… No clear disclaimer on refundable ticket...only FREE cancellation...tried to cancel a flight booked 5 months in future...no dice. Was trying to book on Cape Air but this sight bought their way into pop up under cape air ticket search and I booked before realizing it was not a cape air fight...actually Hahn Airlines - who the hell are they??? Clearly international support team.... that was uncooperative, unintelligible and rude. AVOID THIS SIGHT - RIP OFF

GBBooked my flight a month in advance for… Booked my flight a month in advance for them to cancel my flight 4 days before my trip. Then tried to up charge me $300+ more than the original ticket I paid. Also lied about how a supervisor would call me me back.
