CAEXPEDIA SCAMMED ME 400$ !!!! I booked an hotel room and 3 days later Expedia decided to cancel my reservation and issue me a refund. I never asked for a refund they did that randomly without anyone asking them to cancel. I called their number to speak with a customer service agent and i was asking him to let me do the reservation again and pay the same price (3 days later the hotel was now 400$ more expansive than it was when i booked it ). Result of this experience i now have to pay 1100$ instead of 660$ !! Finally, their customer service is delocated in Africa, so the only support i had was a random guy that didn't even know how to do his job and the only thing he did was to tell me to book again and pay the new price

GBThe company was issued money by the… The company was issued money by the hotel to give to me in form of a refund secondary to me having problems with my room. Although the company accepted the hotel’s funds, they are still refusing to issue my refund! Although the hotel was booked through Super.com, the reservation ID number and confirmation of the refund issued by the hotel is under Expedia. I have spoken with them multiple times and have since been waiting for Expedia to refund the money. I was provided a non-working number to a company to call for follow up. I contacted Expedia again today and they stated that they issued the refund to Peak Point Global. The company is in Istanbul. Of course, I'm unable to call them. When I spoke with the extremely rude Expedia representative, David who at one point stated, "since you can't read..." I asked for a supervisor. He refused to transfer me to a supervisor, but instead insisted on telling me what the supervisor would say. David transferred me to the Istanbul company. Of course they were unable to take my call. I researched them and they are being reviewed as a scam by other customers. What kind of scam is this company running? I am waiting on almost $100.00 and I want it back on my card today!!!

GBExpedia only booked one room for us and… Expedia only booked one room for us and we paid for 2. The couple traveling with us had to pay for their room. Expedia refuses to refund our $150, saying the other couple was a no show. The motel manager told us this is not unusual for Expedia. I believe this is an illegal scheme. I will be contacting that motel again and get lists of these incidents and will file appropriate action. DO NOT USE EXPEDIA OR EXPECT TO GET RIPPED OFF.

GBWe booked a return flight with Expedia We booked a return flight with carry-ons included, only to find when we checked in that we had to pay an extra $47 per person for CARRY-ONS. This caused us undue stress the night before our flight. We learned from friends that Expedia tends to do this with return flights. Expedia must ensure itineraries include these details and avoid hiding them in indiscriminate screens while we are booking online. Last booking vis Expedia for us.

GBPaid for a transfer to and from the… Paid for a transfer to and from the airport. They never showed up to pick me up and Expedia wouldn’t refund me my money. Had to pay again for a taxi and almost missed my flight. Will. Ever use again and don’t recommend to anyone.
