GBTerrible customer service We had to re-schedule a trip and after two month can not get our refund. All customer service will do is send an email saying it will be refunded in 7-10 days. Sixty (60) later no refund. Impossible to reach anyone who can actually help you. Terrible company do not trust them with your travel plans.

GBSTAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! If it was an option, I wouldn’t even select a star! If it were possible they’d get negative five stars! I have been requesting a refund for MONTHS, I mean literally months!!!! The process was started March 26th and here it is today, September 8th and still no refund. I have emailed several times. I have called even more times, like 25 times and each time I’m told something totally different! I’ve been told I need to email other addresses with no response! I would NEVER EVER recommend them! Save yourself the hassle and just look for the next business who actually cares about customers!

GBTOTAL SCAM AND FRAUD JUST TAKE YOUR… TOTAL SCAM AND FRAUD JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GET EXCUSES !!! STAY AWAY. paid for tickets, then through the airlines directly found out reservations were cancelled the same day. Requested refund, got nowhere, supervisor never returned repeated calls. They just take money and run. Based on the bad reviews that sound like my experience, I suspect all the good reviews are FAKE. All I want is my money back. BUYER BEWARE!

GBMy money for a canceled trip was never… My money for a canceled trip was never refunded to my credit card and I saw where I was charged in my bank account by Alaska Air for the trip. Alaska Air could not refund me because the charge produced by New Travel Trip did contain the correct information like ticket # or booking confirmation. Don’t trust this company with your travel plans!
