GBBait and swith Bait and switch, paid for two round trip tickets approximately $500, found out you have to pay additional for carry on baggage, check in baggage, cost for seat and airport costs and taxes. It cost me an additional 249 dollar each way (almost $500) RIP OFF…

GBBooked tickets in February Booked tickets in February, they charged my credit card, I was never informed either by email or my telephone that flight was approved or disapproved, checked with them a weekbefore the flight in May looking for-my etickets, they said that price on tickets went up, they tried to contact me, but I never responded, which is not true verified by my call logs and email logs including spam. Bottom line I have no tickets! Do yourself a favor and avoid these guys, you can get the same price tickets working directly with Airlines!

CAStole my money and had zero customer service! Terrible service, I have called about 15 times and have been hung up on every time. They refused to refund my flight that was cancelled then agreed on giving me $310 usd in travel credits which was significantly less than what I had paid for my flight. I then went to use these travel credits and was told they’re invalid and it was my fault. After fighting with management I was given a ticket number and told I could rebook through westjet who said only the travel agency can rebook and issue a refund (and said that there should be no issues with this). The agency told me otherwise and said they couldn’t give refunds as that is out of their control and only the airline could issue them… at the end of the day I did not get my flight, my travel credits, or my money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CROOKS AND HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

GBSTAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! If it was an option, I wouldn’t even select a star! If it were possible they’d get negative five stars! I have been requesting a refund for MONTHS, I mean literally months!!!! The process was started March 26th and here it is today, September 8th and still no refund. I have emailed several times. I have called even more times, like 25 times and each time I’m told something totally different! I’ve been told I need to email other addresses with no response! I would NEVER EVER recommend them! Save yourself the hassle and just look for the next business who actually cares about customers!

GBMy money for a canceled trip was never… My money for a canceled trip was never refunded to my credit card and I saw where I was charged in my bank account by Alaska Air for the trip. Alaska Air could not refund me because the charge produced by New Travel Trip did contain the correct information like ticket # or booking confirmation. Don’t trust this company with your travel plans!
