Above and Beyond Our experience with Angel Medflight was exceptional. They went beyond our needs and expectations. While visiting in Jackson Hole, Wy my wife's father had a serious stroke. We needed to get him back to Bend, Or to be near his doctors and for future care. We contacted Angel Medflight to transport him. They took over immediately and scheduled every step of the process. Their care included transportation from his bed in St John's Hospital in Jackson Hole to a bed in St Charles Hospital - Bend, Or.. They were in contact with the family with updates through the whole trip. Couldn't have went any better during a stressful situation. Everyone we dealt with was kind, caring, and professional.

Your flight nurse quickly recognized a… Your flight nurse quickly recognized a problem with the initial transport of my sister from Memorial Hermann Pearland, TX hospital. This prevented her from being placed in an unsafe situation in our home. The hospital case worker did not inform us of the equipment necessary to care for her and was reluctant to allow us adequate time to find a facility near our home that could meet her needs. Your Chief Flight Coordinator, Matthew Butler halted the flight and informed us, on a holiday of our rights to not be forced by the hospital into moving my sister prematurely. For that we are eternally grateful. Everyone on your team was extremely caring, courteous, understanding and professional. You are definitely our Angels.

Excellent Transportation & Caring Crew I spoke with Katlyn, Flight Coordinator, on a Wednesday evening. Our son was transported home the following Thursday morning. The entire process was easy. Any questions I had were answered immediately. The flight crew (med team and pilots) was awesome! A great experience during such a difficult time. Everyone was kind and compassionate. I would highly recommend Angel MedFlight to anyone needing long distance assistance with bringing home a loved one.

My husband was in accident in Mexico… My husband was in accident in Mexico and had to be airlifted back to the US. We stumbled upon Angel MedFlight based on reviews and feedbacks. I can not say enough how AMAZING this team is. They took care of everything - from A to Z. The amazing team started with Jennifer Peterson for the logistics, Linda/Kristy - the nurses who transported my husband from the Mexico hospital to the US hospital and the flight crew who made the transit smooth. All I needed to do was focus on the emotionally support for my husband.

The entire staff from Angel Med Flight, from the sales person,medical staff, to the pilots, were unbelievable. They made this difficult transition so much easier to handle.
