GBExcellent Transportation & Caring Crew I spoke with Katlyn, Flight Coordinator, on a Wednesday evening. Our son was transported home the following Thursday morning. The entire process was easy. Any questions I had were answered immediately. The flight crew (med team and pilots) was awesome! A great experience during such a difficult time. Everyone was kind and compassionate. GBMy son was involved in an accident in… My son was involved in an accident in South Dakota and was paralyzed from the mid-chest down. He needed to be transported to Dallas to Baylor Institute for Rehabilitation and this was the only way possible. I compiled one email and Angel MedFlight took it from there and made the process as seamless as possible. They arrived at 830am and we landed in Dallas at 1:20 pm on a flawless flight. We were transported to Baylor in an ambulance and then the Angels disappeared because you see, it wasn't about them, it was about the patient! Wonderful experience!
