Mr. Ortha was so very helpful, never rushing things, very calm and professional. I now have my agenda together for my trip and I am very grateful for the time Mr Ortha took in helping me. Don't use these clowns I was going to go to Arizona last December and when I canceled the jackals charged me a 100 dollar cancelation fee. I canceled because nothing was open due to covid. They didn't give a rats petuty they just wanted my credit card number so that they could make an extra 100 dollars off of me. They gave me a 200 dollar travel voucher and I went to there web sight and I couldn't find where to even look up for the dates that I want to go to Arizona at the beginning of next year. I'll never use these clowns again. I'll go to the airlines website even if it costs me more money.

Jeremy I have spoken to Jeremy roughly 4x over the last few weeks. He has been extremely helpful each time I have spoken to him. He goes out of his way to assist me with my issues.
