After reading the bad reviews, I called them to make sure that my reservation was made only to be responded by a very unprofessional and rude guy that my flight has now gone up $200. This only confirmed the reviews I had read about being scammers and cancel the flight with them. BEWARE!!!!

Don't use these clowns I was going to go to Arizona last December and when I canceled the jackals charged me a 100 dollar cancelation fee. I canceled because nothing was open due to covid. They didn't give a rats petuty they just wanted my credit card number so that they could make an extra 100 dollars off of me. They gave me a 200 dollar travel voucher and I went to there web sight and I couldn't find where to even look up for the dates that I want to go to Arizona at the beginning of next year. I'll never use these clowns again. I'll go to the airlines website even if it costs me more money.

Shelly Smith was helpful and knowledgable Shelly Smith was very efficient and helpful with both reservations, enabling me to be seated on the same flight with a friend from RDU to Tampa, and a separate return flight for myself from Tampa to Seattle. I was grateful that she could help me with two different airlines.

Our plans had changed the same day we purchased and originally there would have been a $100 cancellation fee, however he was kind enough to speak to his supervisor personally to have that charge removed and send us back a full refund! Thank you for all your help! It is truly appreciated!

Legit? What’s the hold up on their end? No idea what to expect. Don’t know if this is even legit…? No one EVER answers the phone. No flight ticket confirmation. I seriously don’t get this site. If it is just bidding and you wait for days the rates or fares go up! So even if cancelling you are in trouble. Wish they would confirm and not just send an off hand receipt. CONCERNED!!!!
