Scammed Scammed. I called what I thought was Delta number to cancel a flight. The young lady I spoke with agreed to cancel except for a $600 charge for taxes and fees which was not refundable. When I received her confirmation it was apparently not from Delta. I called Delta making sure I had the official number from their site. They informed me the ticket had been cancelled but there should have been no additional charges for taxes or fees. I’m now dealing with American Express o dispute the charge but what a blatant scam. I feel like an idiot. D. Garvin

My ticket booking experience on… My ticket booking experience on Farebooth was very bad. This is a spam website who are just storing your data and making you fool by taking extra charges in the name of service.

Alayna Ford: was perfect. Alayna Ford: Has been incredible helpful with all my difficulties ticket with AeroMexico! She has been very courteous, patient, and caring understanding my difficulties with flying during COVID. She has gone above the call of duty to fix my problems. Her job has been perfect. She is a wonderful person to have on my side!

I purchased my tickets to Hawaii this… I purchased my tickets to Hawaii this summer for a December trip and needed to cancel and have not been able to get through to anyone to do this. All of their agents are busy 24/7 apparently- so clearly I have been ripped off. My confirmation code isn't even valid for the airline. What a terrible experience, DO NOT USE THIS SITE

bunch of crooks trying to take… bunch of crooks trying to take advantage of people. we had a family emergency and my father thinking he was specking to an American airlines representative gave all his information. Luckily the crook got his visa info wrong. At this point my dad got an email saying he had to confirm when he realize this was not American airlines he decided not to proceed with the ticket. The guy proceeded to threaten my father saying if he went to the airport they would arrest him and that he needed his correct visa information. Arrest him for what ? being awesome ? clearly nothing less than a scam. Stay away from scammers like this.
