Ps all panels worked no damage... Well now I need one more only to put With my low pv side lol

The app doesn't work with my Delta Max… The app doesn't work with my Delta Max 2, complained about it and got several emails. but still haven't found a solution to the problem. The old app worked fine but this new one is buggy. Found several articles online about others unable to install this poor app. Asked for the old app but still haven't gotten a reply. Tried all the many tricks that EchoFlow recommended to me but still no use. Ad since my last email dated 4-9-24 response from Eho is below: Thanks for reaching out. I called today for information and qualified for 1,000.00 early bird promotion. The sales dept very friendly and explained shipping to Puerto Rico was 440.00 I now this is heavy equipment.
