Box had no damage but corner of controller was dented. SSK offered an acceptable partial refund. The damage did not affect operation at all. Any installation questions answered quickly. Would and will use SSK in the future.

Ps all panels worked no damage... Well now I need one more only to put With my low pv side lol

excellent customer service I ordered a kit with a 12 volt inverter and realized after I ordered that the kit would be significantly improved using a 24 volt inverter. No problem. The company worked out an exchange directly with the importer and exchanged the 12 volt machine with no additional cost to me at all. Above and beyond in my opinion. Great job.

The app doesn't work with my Delta Max… The app doesn't work with my Delta Max 2, complained about it and got several emails. but still haven't found a solution to the problem. The old app worked fine but this new one is buggy. Found several articles online about others unable to install this poor app. Asked for the old app but still haven't gotten a reply. Was impressed with how fast I started… Was impressed with how fast I started receiving my system components. Read instructions. Receiving battery charger for the batteries to charge fully like it is recommended. When I opened charger the bottom of box was damaged. Little feet for charger was pushed through bottom of packaging. There was no additional attachments to hook up to battery. Charger is useless. Let's see what happens with this. Because now I can't even start to set up system.
