Astrawatt is great Astrawatt is great! They helped me through my HOA which were against solar panels over the course of two years. They proactively informed me when new law were enacted to allow solar panels despite such HOA. The installation itself took only two days and has been running smoothly since. They also helped answer some questions which helped me to get the tax credit. Overall great service and dedication.

No follow up after complaints After install I had some issues and needed assistance. Had to make several calls about the issues. Finally got through & complained about the issues they said someone would call me no one did, then they would not answer the phone. (I know this because I called back from a different number and they picked up immediately). Finally had someone call back and he offered several solutions and said he could call back after speaking with higher ups- again crickets. Would never recommend this company.

I interviewed eight different solar… I interviewed eight different solar installation companies before electing to utilize AstraWatt. AstraWatt wasn't the cheapest, but they also weren't the most expensive. In my experience, AstraWatt offers a highly professional service in a competitive field and I would recommend them to anyone. Solar companies will continue to come and go (ADT Solar just decided to exit the business...they were not high on my list), but I believe that AstraWatt has the right approach and the right product to stick around. Brian B. is an outstanding salesman who provided me with all the information I needed to make a decision. I asked for several different quotes, all of which he provided quickly. Tyler and his team make it right These are the guys you want to go with to get your solar project done. I had them do our install which was a ground mount, and unfortunately due to a parts failure, the array flipped over during a heavy wind storm. Astrawatt came through and took care of the problem and walked me through the process to get us restored to where we were before the event happened. Its one thing to get a company to install your solar project, its an entirely different animal when things don't go as planned. Tyler was extremely helpful dealing with the insurance to make sure we got every cent to restore the entire array to newer enphase inverters and nec panels. Amazing job, can't truely say enough good things about how these guys handled a situation like that and made it right. Make Astrawatt your choice, you will not regret it.
