I like the idea and more ways to improve I like the idea. But oh connect could be smarter about giving credits to people who are already top energy savers. The current algorithm seems to only count individuals historical record. It probably works well for average Americans, it's giving top energy savers negative impact. Because when weather hits and we need energy to stay warm inside and there's no other places to cut. Btw We believe we are as the consultant who did solar installation for us said he's never seen bills like this after decades in business. How about giving these people some credits even if the energy usage stay flat?

I’m not sure if I’m reaping any… I’m not sure if I’m reaping any benefits yet. When I first signed up I received three energy-saving events to participate in almost immediately, but haven’t had a single opportunity for another one since. It’s been over a month now. I wish there were more opportunities to save energy and make points.

My bills are lower but... My bills are lower. However, I was injured in November and had unexpected expenses because it, making my December payment late. When I called to discuss the customer rep was cold and informed me of the date my electricity would be cut off. They have a very short period of time before they'll cut you off and I have a senior citizen on an electric concentrator living in my home. Disappointed I made this switch now.

Long Wait to talk to CS My provider just sold my brand new renewal contract with just few days over 30 days notice to Discount Power. Shopping around and calling providers to gauge service response. I have been in a bot queue for over 5 min to ask questions about their service. If I can’t even get through to a human now, what’s it going to be like if I am a customer? Similar problem with GoodCharlie. But at least bot told me there was a 10 minute wait. My current provider, Varsity Energy was excellent, local CS and answered on 2nd ring. Too bad they are selling out their customers! …After waiting 10 min in line, Ohm bot just said I could leave msg. Next!!
