GBVery Lovely People to Work With Great people to work with that reply fairly quickly most of the time the same or next day via email. Did take some time to connect my account with SDGE, but did appear to be SDGE account problems that rather OHM Connect. OHM Connect did provide me with a promotional item for a Google Nest device despite delays with my account registration. Overall, very nice people and they will work with you no matter how long it takes.

GBIt's just too difficult to earn Ohm… It's just too difficult to earn Ohm points, especially in the fall/winter when we aren't really consuming much electricity anyway. We turned off several lights during the last Ohmhour (which are far and few between nowadays) and only received about 200 points. Given that we'd need at least 8,000 for a $10 gift card that's not very motivating.

GBMy bills are lower but... My bills are lower. However, I was injured in November and had unexpected expenses because it, making my December payment late. When I called to discuss the customer rep was cold and informed me of the date my electricity would be cut off. They have a very short period of time before they'll cut you off and I have a senior citizen on an electric concentrator living in my home. Disappointed I made this switch now.
