GBIt's very easy to do It's very easy to do, you get an alert on your cell or email or both, telling what time the event is happening. It always seems to be in the evening, which can be difficult sometimes because of cooking evening meals. I can't always fit it in due to cooking, but I try to unplug everything that isn't in use to help on those night.

GBGot this from ohm connect 07.16.2023 … Got this from ohm connect 07.16.2023 8:06 PST Your results are in! We've calculated the results for your recent OhmHour on Friday, Jul 14, from 7 - 8PM. Unfortunately, you did not save enough energy during this event to earn energy Watts. But wait, there is a silver lining. Because your connected devices participated in this event, you still earned device Watts. Was not home, only things on running internet router and refridgerator.

GBI like the idea and more ways to improve I like the idea. But oh connect could be smarter about giving credits to people who are already top energy savers. The current algorithm seems to only count individuals historical record. It probably works well for average Americans, it's giving top energy savers negative impact. Because when weather hits and we need energy to stay warm inside and there's no other places to cut. Btw We believe we are as the consultant who did solar installation for us said he's never seen bills like this after decades in business. How about giving these people some credits even if the energy usage stay flat?

GBNext to no notice for power events and the way to save feels a lot like gambling. Have seen no real legitimate benefit and the "opportunities" or events to save on power are completely at random and they will text you like 5-10 minutes prior to it starting. So... Don't be in the middle of anything. They also give no indication for how long the events will last. 5 minutes? 10? An hour or more? No clue, they just let you know when it's done. I imagine there is a schedule they go off of but for whatever reason we are not privvy to that information. Can't speak for anyone else but I am rather fond of having a schedule or at least some notice for things that can affect flow of my day. Especially working from home. For whatever reason though they seem to run it like a middle school game of red light/green light and that just makes me anxious and angry. Will probably "spin the prize wheel" to burn up my points because the no notice "schedule" has killed my streak and I guess thats how you "save" by basically gambling for prizes, which seems questionable at best. Its like my power bill has awful loot boxes. Cool.

GBOhmConnect is a great electricity provider.. OhmConnect is a great electricity provider. I am with them for last two months, two bills received, accurate billing as committed, saved atleast 30% compared to big providers like Ambit and Reliant. I live in Cypress, TX. Thank you OhmConnect.
