I guess my experience was okay with… I guess my experience was okay with this company, because everything went usually, unless support team, they do not really like when phone rings.

First the hours for signing up to speak … First the hours for signing up to speak to anyone is only 9-5 that was a turn off. Plus I didn't feel the staff was not educated well. I have an issue with my sign up date, ppl is telling sunwave needs to change the date, sunwave is saying ppl can only do this. I am 5 days shy of the end of the month with my old supplier and no one could help me and I am going to be charge an early termination fee. I was not impressed

Poor service - stay way Their sales rep con you into long term rental agreements, then when you call and make a service appointment, they don't even bother to show up or call you back or anything. Poor service all around. Stay away from this company!!

End of term/renewal process communication is poor I got a letter in the mail saying that my 12 bill cycle contract was about to end and that I'd be contacted about upcoming pricing. I was never contacted so the first time I learn about the rate change is in my electric bill. Cost me $40 more just that month. So I jumped online to renew. I didn't feel like shopping, only to find out it would take another 2 weeks? Huh?? I'm already a customer, you can't just change my rates, effective immediately? If I called, it would probably be different, but I chose my avenue of communication and stuck with it. Also a warning about "billing cycles". When I first switched over, they did it 5 days before my regular billing cycle ended. Not sure why since one of the questions they ask is "When does your billing cycle end?". So those 5 days ended up being billing cycle #1 while the other 11 were full months. They obviously honored their contract but in a BS-y sorta way.

Need longer terms at lower rates ! Competitive is key, no fee to early change is our right for fee selection always is a must. No fee to keep chosen rates within company is a must in fair selection .within. Same company and selection process. Need 12 ,18,24 months at better relates. Be competive. Lower rates for first time not fair to loyal customers!!!! All of this needs to stop. This is what we asked for, maybe action need to be taken to correct thids.
