Mr. Theodore Nedderman
GBJust another power company We are fortunate in Connecticut to have a choice when it comes to determining who generates the electric power we use. When my current contract expired Sunwave gas+power was my lowest cost option for power generation for the next six months. After my contract expires I'll stay with them as long as they are the lowest cost supplier available, if not I'll switch again.

GBNot rude, but has me concerned Received 2 emails (both sent back-to-back) thanking me for signing up with their company. Advised them they were wrong as I signed up with current supplier for 3 years tacked on to the current contract that expires in February, 2019. Their email indicated someone," possibly your husband, enrolled at 11:25 AM on 11/27/18." Nobody was here yesterday from 6:45 AM until 1:15 PM as we had to take one of our dogs to a vet whose office is an hour's drive away for an 8 AM appointment. They have the correct Eversource account number and I told their CS rep that we might have been a customer a number of years ago. I asked that they research if that's how they obtained the account number and requested cancellation of the enrollment. Their CS rep replied immediately that she would cancel the enrollment, but I guess I'll have to believe the research the matter is not forthcoming. Their contact has me concerned, especially since the "enrollment" did not take place from here. If this is typical of their actions I would suggest the Buyer should Beware. Sandra

GBMediocre to poor customer service.… I am giving you this rating for two reasons: 1. I have been a customer for 6 months and was at a rate of .0685/KWh. Then i receive your price for the next 6 months of .075/KWh, a 13% increase, awfully high increase for the current market conditions. Then i go look on "electricy options" website and see you are offering anyone a 6 month rate of .072/KWh. Is this anyway to treat your customers? Gouge some extra money out of them? 2. I signed for .072 and then get another letter quoting .075. What is going on?

GBSunwave unilaterally cancels contracts Sunwave is unilaterally cancelling electrical power contracts in the ISO-NE region. My contract was supposed to go through November 2023, but now (Feb 3, 2022) turned over to non-solar, non-renewable local utility. Sunwave is blaming COVID, which makes no sense....

GBStarting date I am very confused on the switching date of service with the new contract. The wording in the website says starting date will be the first date after the next meter reading date. The followed up letter on the contract says this will be few working days after the contract has been approved. I called can get a similar answer from your customer service. And he said he can do nothing to help on his end. Why can you not start the switching at the end of my current contract so that I will not face an early termination fee?
