New solar installation and I was not… New solar installation and I was not able to connect or get the system running. Warren Grennan, from SunPower came out. He was SUPER nice and professional. Even better, he really knew what he was doing. It turns out the original install was done so poorly the system couldn't work. Warren spent extra time correcting those mistakes and stuck around until everything was up and running properly. Thank you Warren!

This company is a FRAUD This company is a FRAUD! I purchased this system in March 2022 and since before install IT has been a nightmare! The system never worked for about a year now. I contact Customer service 3 times a day and everyone says something different. Technician came twice, they seat in the backyard for half a day, the leave the system working and the following day it does not work. same nightmare ... They are stealing my money. Now I am paying more to electricity provider and I have a monthly payment for 25 years with the bank. They are doing fraudulent practices I am very tired of them.

New Home in Santee I just bought a new home in Santee and I met my SunPower tech Warren Grennan when he was doing maintenance on my neighbor's home. I asked him for some insight on my home and he took the time to educate me on the type of solar panels I had and what to expect. Fortunately, it was good news that I didn't need additional panels. Once we moved in I had SunPower come out to make sure everything was working properly. That was a good move because there were some things that needed to be upgraded and reconfigured to work optimally. Warren set up shop in my garage and walked me through the app on my phone and let me know what to expect consumption and usage wise. He was very thorough and kind. Warren made sure I didn't have any questions before he left. I even picked his brain about battery walls which I plan to do once we decide what kind of electric car we will buy in the future. I wish more companies had a Warren they could send out to make sure these things are done correctly. Thanks for taking care of us! Lastly, I was told by our community that this process could take weeks/months. This isn't even our second week in our new home and we are already up and running. #Awesome

RUN..... RUN... customer service will never allow you to speak with a manager or a supervisor. Have been having issues with our solar panels generating power since 2/24/23. Finally fixed 1/2024 but not before having to pay Edison $2,537 right before Christmas 2023. Once it was fixed, they ran a performance guarantee test and they only refunded us $432, really! Now 3/21/2024 as of 2/3/2024 again we are not generating power... really again! Currently fighting the refund and now have a new open case for not generating since last month. In contact with Nilasco Caguimbal | Escalation Specialist but he usually only response once a month if I'm lucky. DON'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALLLLLLLLLLLL!!!

It’s been absurd that my project has… It’s been absurd that my project has been delayed many times, and nobody is even on top of my project. My project started in October 2023, and yet today is March 26th, I’ve been waiting for more than half a year, it still hasn’t been accomplished yet. What’s worst, we failed the building department Inspection. The Sunpower guy didn’t even try to fix it and left in the middle of the process, and it’s been seven days I’ve never heard back from them again . It’s been a very stressful process. I have to try to contact them a few times a week just so I can get a hold of someone on top of my project, otherwise it’s being ignored. I’m investing $50,000 cash in the solar panel project, expecting it to be reliable and giving me a long-term benefit. Now I’m not sure with this type of irresponsible service, how much I can expect in the future. I suggest people to look elsewhere, I do not recommend Sunpower. Received a response from Sunpower today on 3/27/2024 the review. Looking forward to their action on fixing the problem and when they will complete the project. I won't delete the review until things are done correctlly.
