GBFind a better honest service I was at Sams Club and signed up for Just energy because I was told they have low rates and I would be getting a few gift cards the first one was after so many months having their service and that time is past I was suppose to get it in 48 hours and that time is also past. I checked for their number to call them and shows customer service open on Saturday till 6PM well I called at 11AM and not open. So I will cancel my service and get a good honest company. I will also contact Sams club about this

GBYou took advantage of my elder mother… You took advantage of my elder mother who is on disability, then jacked up her bill to such a ridiculous amount!!! Then when they disconnected her electricity in the heat they told her wrong info! I'm going to parrot the rest of these people here and say shame on you all! Edit : After trying to get the over $900 bill worked out, it is now almost October and the bill is over $1000! We will be attempting to file a civil lawsuit!

GBkeep calling for renewal every day!!! When approaching contract ends in 3 months, Just Energy started to call me every day asking for a renewal. Even I said it is too early to discuss it but they just keep going! These calls were from different numbers so I cannot block them effectively. Stay away from this company. Very annoying!!

GBJust Energy is Terrible!!!! Worst company ever! Predatory billing practices. Once you cancel with JE you get a collection notice without ever receiving a final bill. Buyer Beware!! I canceled with this provider on December 8, 2021, On 4/8/2021, I received a collection letter from CMC. Folks, In 4 months I have not received any invoices.. period!! This company is despicable. I wish I had never allowed that Lying Sales Representative in Sam's club to convince me to give Just Energy a shot. Never, ever, waste time with the crooked clowns like the ones at this company!! Look elsewhere! You're welcome!!!!!

When you are lucky enough to get through the automated advisor and reach the department you were trying to reach, you will have the pleasure to talk to someone who does not want to talk to you. Save your time and nerves, choose any other provider. Run! Reply to your reply: It's funny you are providing the same useless phone number. This number is located on my Just Energy Bill (Canada) but when calling this number, you get to choose to be connected to 1. CenterPoint, 2. AEP 3. Oncore 4. Texas. No matter what step I chose, I never got through to talk to someone from Just Energy in Canada. Every person I talked to, transferred me back to the same menu. Call this number yourself and try to reach someone who can help you with your Canadian Just Energy Account and Good Luck!
