Horrible Experience Horrible Experience, It was a Nightmare! I wish there is something below 1 star! The agent at Sam’s Club literally lied that their rates are the same as DTE so she convinced me to switch my gas supply for them, and after doing my research I found out that their rates are x2 from what I am having from DTE !! I called and terminated the contract, after struggling for two weeks, and I couldn’t receive a cancellation letter to confirm that the contract was terminated. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to think of working with them, you will regret it !!!

Just Energy is the absolute worst… Just Energy is the absolute worst provider you could possibly be misled into buying utilities from. Totally dishonest lying b#stards has been my experience with Just Energy. If these lowlife turds phone you, hang up immediately. We paid these POS over a thousand dollars for 1 month of sheetty service, during the summer.

when we signed up for just energy per… when we signed up for just energy per sister n laws recommendation were told would get 100 off our second bill and she would get 100 off her bill.. did not happen when called regarding this and even spoke with a supervisor was adv no referral number on account which I know for a fact was done. I feel like we have been scammed and now are in a contract that would cost us to get out of.. Did hear from Just Energy, they did review all calls and did credit our acct.

Just Energy is Terrible!!!! Worst company ever! Predatory billing practices. Once you cancel with JE you get a collection notice without ever receiving a final bill. Buyer Beware!! I canceled with this provider on December 8, 2021, On 4/8/2021, I received a collection letter from CMC. Folks, In 4 months I have not received any invoices.. period!! This company is despicable. I wish I had never allowed that Lying Sales Representative in Sam's club to convince me to give Just Energy a shot. Never, ever, waste time with the crooked clowns like the ones at this company!! Look elsewhere! You're welcome!!!!!

SCAM this company seems to have a record of ripping people off and then refusing to make any kind of restitution. Wish I had checked them out before doing business with them. Fortunately I was able to get rid of my contract with them, after seeing my bill double for the two months they robbed me ! To add insult to injury they never responded to any of my communications. Also think Sam's club needs their fingers smacked for allowing Just Energy representatives to perpetuate this fraud in their stores. It's called "Guilt by association !
