terrible - same as many other reviews same as many other reviews; paid for expedited shipping for an in stock time sensitive part. update 4 days later now says part is not in stock for >2 weeks from original order. misleading, dishonest, unmet expectations. clearly this has been an ongoing problem with this company and they have done nothing to resolve. my future business will go elsewhere.

This place seems to be a broker house This place seems to be a broker house. Saying part in stock means 25 days or longer. I would not recommend this company to anybody. After reviewing company reply I can 100% say that they are just brokering parts and will use the age old excuse about suuply chain issues. This would not be a problem if you actually had parts in stock or a better procurement system with accurate delivery status. Again I would never recommend this company to anybody.

I found boats.net on line for a hard to…do I found boats.net on line for a hard to find part for my Suzuki Outboard motor , I had searched for several days and sites with no luck , I then found the boats.net website and I could not find the exact part I was searching for so I called them directly , not only was the call answered quickly but the customer service in parts was great and they found exactly what I needed and they had it in stock , I would highly recommend them to friends and family for a resource for boat parts in the future

Expedited Shipping is BOGUS Do NOT let Tyler talk you into expedited shipping. Placed order on a Tuesday morning by phone and accepted his promised 1-3 day shipping for an additional $22. Did not ship until 2 days later and did not arrive 5 days later = 7 days. Customer service COMPLETELY impersonal and actually don't care anything about service. My first and last order.
