After reviewing company reply I can 100% say that they are just brokering parts and will use the age old excuse about suuply chain issues. This would not be a problem if you actually had parts in stock or a better procurement system with accurate delivery status. Again I would never recommend this company to anybody.

Blown away I have ordered numerous boat parts over the last few years with boats.net I am blown away by their service and quick turnaround on orders. Made a large order again last week for a Yamaha outboard parts and there were a couple of the items that ended up being on back order and would be a delay in receiving them. They shipped out everything else immediately and it all shipped out the same day I ordered. Paid for expedited shipping which was way less than most sites charge.
