Ramin Nasibov - Graphic Designer I found Ramin to be personable and courteous. I found that he was flexible in his approach and he produced a number of designs for my company that I could make a selection from. That I have done. He has also provided all the necessary formats that I might need in the future . Where he could improve is being a little more open about his fees for the different types of work, although I do recognise that may be more complex in some instances and will greatly depend upon the request. We did agree on 50% upfront and the remainder with progress and completion. I am very happy with the result achieved and would be happy to use Ramin again.

Bad customer service I had a very disappointing customer service and never heard back from Ramin, despite contacting him multiple times both via email and Instagram. Despite admiring his work and creativity, I had a bad experience which left a bitter taste. I hope that he will get better at responding to requests and/or notifying interested people/companies on whether he’d provide the service or not.

And you don't hesitate because you trust blindly in his social networks, which shows a very talented person. Well, he is a fraud, unfortunately. Hopefully, people can find this page before trusting with a payment. After the payment, no communication at all, and after insisting a lot through all means possible, he replies saying sorry and promising a date, but he never delivers, ever. Consider writing here a review after your experience, because, as if it was not bad enough, he buys positive reviews to cover the bad ones. Also, report his user from all his social networks telling your story, sharing this website. I got him out of Dribbble already. Let's put this scammer out of business.
