Logo Design Ramin did a fantastic job designing the logo for our new e-commerce premium brand. He came up with several logo concepts and didn't stop developing new ideas until we found the concept we loved. We refined that concept in several interations. Communication was easy (via email). I liked that Ramin told us his honest opinion about one or the other concept - this way we learned the most from the expert.

Requesting for reufnd I am not sure how to file a complaint about this designer, he took away the money, didn't provide anything and not replying to my emails. I would like to him to send me my $2500 refund.

has no ethics and is a scam This graphic designer will ask for your his payment upfront and will do the following: - ignore your emails - bend deadlines by at least one week on each submission phase - give you very minimal work after you send few emails asking for updates I gave him 2 weeks deadline and after 3 months of stalling and doing no effort at all I ended up with an insulting work that is no better than any free online template. I ditched all his work and did the branding myself because that's how good it was. before you hire him read more online about him. I lost faith in graphic designers after working with him.

Scam, huge waste of time and money Avoid this guy!! My guess is this « designer » accepts every work to get cash and can not work properly for every customer. If you are not lucky like me, he will always late on deadline (I gave up after 3 months.), each step, he says he needs a week more. He did not read the brief at all. He doesn't care of what you want. Then he says he worked on many concepts so he stops working. But each time, he draw something off topic or offered a concept looking like something from a free icon bank.. Edit: Haha, he reports every negative comment if you call him by his name but let positive ones with his fullname. What a stupid attempt to avoid bad review! He would rather work hard and communicate with his customers.

Working with Ramin Ramin was nice to work with - I got my final files, which I'll end up tweaking a bit more to finalize my logo design. If I could give him any kind of advice - it would be to hire an intern to balance his projects a bit so clients leave 100% satisfied. Otherwise, I like the concepts he came up with overall.
