Bad customer service I had a very disappointing customer service and never heard back from Ramin, despite contacting him multiple times both via email and Instagram. Despite admiring his work and creativity, I had a bad experience which left a bitter taste. I hope that he will get better at responding to requests and/or notifying interested people/companies on whether he’d provide the service or not.

Nice guy, good design. Nice guy, did some good design-work on our logo after choosing from 5 concepts. Only reason for 4 stars is that he missed a deadline and I had to follow up to get the concepts. Would recommend him.

Simple yet iconic Ramin did a fantastic job doing a logo for my construction cost consultancy company. It is very simplistic but the logo stands out and makes you look at it

I paid upfront for website branding I paid upfront for website branding, clear marketing research and ideas were sent , after waiting 1 month l sent a forceful email about legal action, of course then he told me his account had been hacked. Another month later , still no results, he produced a rather weak logo. l am still waiting for the rest of the work for website branding, 4 months later.To be honest l have given up. Unacceptable response times and poor product. Stay well clear of him.

Unprofessional and not trustworthy I did not get the design till now. Its been more than 9 months. He kept delaying deadline until I fed up with his promises. He blocked me from Instagram when I tried to talk to him. I spend 800 EUR money so please this is a lesson learned. Do not waste your money with fraud designers online.
