Payed for priority shipping, usps said 4 days delivery time after item shipped (priority is 1-3) ordered elsewhere same day and products will be here sooner with the same priority shipping from further away! Oh and the website looks like something out of the late 90s

Received a damaged plane Received a damaged plane. Tried to contact customer service via email and automated service but never got any response. I will never purchase anything else from Tower Hobbies again. Definitely not the same company from the 80s and 90s

I bought a new plane that was dead on arrival I bought a new plane that was discounted because of cosmetic damage, it arrived with a dead electronics package. Tower hobbies advertised it as working, and now refuse to send either a replacement or even a new board for me to replace. False advertisement for sure.

They take 2nd payment out (30 days after first) and 3rd 4 days after after 2nd not 60 days from first payment. They said it can happen and they reserve the right to in fine print nothing they can do.

Lure you in with Coupons & Rebates you can't use I purchased a very larger order (Slash Ultimate w/many accesories) expected to get at least $40 e-cash to spend. Only to find out that my $40 e-cash expired in 5 days from my order, it expired before my order was delivered/even shipped! RC is a big time hobby, and requires constant work/parts. I will never go back to Tower Hobbies regardless of pricing, discounts, coupons, rebates.
