Stealing people's money!!!My package didn't have a signature and they put it on front door and someone apparently stole it!! Never buying anything off them or horizon Hobby !!Traxxas is way better business anyway!!

Ordered $500 worth of stuff and… Ordered $500 worth of stuff and qualified for free shipping, “sweet!” I thought. 3 days after ordering I received a Fed Ex tracking number via email. A week passes and the stated deliver by date comes and goes. Check Fed Ex tracking number again, now there is a nice message that USPS will be delivering my order. It still isn’t here two weeks after initial order date. Hell I ordered some hop ups through RC Mart the same day as I made my Tower Hobby order and that arrived 5 days later, from China!! First and last order from TH, hopefully my kids present makes it here before her birthday. Update: package arrived day before my kids B-day so I’m going to add another star, everything was nicely packed in the box. I would order again but not something that I need sooner than later. I’m not expecting overnight shipping but a reasonable expectation in this day and age is to have the box at your door within a week of paying for it.

Fast services good prices and selection I've made six or so transactions with Towerhobbies for RC and modeling gear and have never had any issues. They offer a good selection and fast order processing. If I'm looking for anything, Tower is my first option before I look to amazon and the other hobby sites.

STOP!! STOP!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GETTING YOUR HOPES UP FOR A GREAT DEAL THAT MAY NOT HAPPEN!!! Ordered a truck in August. It's now over 3 months and I still haven't received the item. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Their only solution after 3 1/2 months and several email correspondence was to tell me they can refund my money....nothing was said about simply getting me the product I ordered. JUST HORRIBLE!!!!

Received a damaged plane Received a damaged plane. Tried to contact customer service via email and automated service but never got any response. I will never purchase anything else from Tower Hobbies again. Definitely not the same company from the 80s and 90s
